Canada is reportedly prepared to discuss restoring U.S. alcohol sales, changing dairy-import rules and removing retaliatory auto tariffs in exchange for relief from Donald Trump’s latest trade measures. But no agreement has been reached, provincial governments control the liquor bans, and the United States is not expected to eliminate every tariff.
